As for the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6, it is expected to arrive around the same time as the Galaxy Z Fold 6. According to rumors, Samsung’s next foldable phone series will be powered by both Qualcomm and Exynos chipsets.

While we can only speculate, benchmark results for the Galaxy Z Flip 6 have arrived on the Geekbench website. They reveal a custom Snapdragon processor with high performance. This SoC features a prime core and GPU and high clock speeds that match those powering the Galaxy S24 Ultra flagship.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 Surfaces on Geekbench

The Geekbench result for the Samsung SM-F741U is believed to be the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 in Geenbench, which has exceptional Vulkan and OpenCL scores. These scores affirm the inclusion of an eight-core CPU with base and peak frequencies of 2.26GHz and 3.40GHz, respectively, along with an Adreno 750 GPU. These specifications align with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform for Galaxy.

The listings indicate the presence of the Android 14 operating system and 6.75GB of RAM, likely equivalent to 8GB in practice. Initially reported by SamMobile, the listings are dated April 17. The Galaxy SoC is the same custom Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform with overclocked CPU and GPU cores that Samsung used in the Galaxy S24 Ultra.

In a few markets, the standard Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ will be powered by the same chipset. The next big event is expected to take place in Paris in July and will introduce the Galaxy Z Flip 6. According to rumors, this one will have a much larger cover display than the predecessor’s current 60Hz. It is expected to be sold in 8 GB and 12 GB RAM varieties, with storage capacity of 256GB or 512GB, and colors like light blue, light green, silver, and yellow. The device is anticipated to support 25W charging.
