At a launch event hosted by comedian Rohan Joshi, details about the price, release date, and specifications of the OnePlus Nord CE4 were revealed. Positioned as a device under ₹25,000, the OnePlus Nord CE4 comes with features like a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, up to 256GB of storage, a 5,500mAh battery, and support for charging up to 100W. It will be in competition with devices such as the Nothing Phone 2a and Redmi Note 13 Pro.
The All New OnePlus Nord CE4
In India, the base model of the OnePlus Nord CE4 starts at ₹24,999 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The variant with 8GB+256GB is priced at ₹26,999. The first sale is scheduled for April 4th at noon on Amazon India and OnePlus India’s online store. Early buyers on April 4th will receive the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r ₹2,199 at no charge. The phone is offered in two colors; Dark Chrome with a finish, and Celadon Marble.
Following the OnePlus Nord CE3 model, the Nord CE4 brings enhancements. Notably, it features ‘Aqua Touch’ technology that is found in the OnePlus series, which allows fingerprint recognition when the screen is wet. Furthermore, upgrades consist of a processor, an expanded 5,500mAh battery, 100W charging capability, and an enhanced 50-megapixel camera sensor.
The OnePlus Nord CE4 showcases a 6.7-inch Full HD+ screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz, touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and PWM dimming technology at 2160Hz. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS3.1 storage, it also supports 8GB of virtual RAM and expandable storage of up to 1TB.
For photography, the Nord CE4 boasts a 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a 16MP front camera for selfies. Running OxygenOS 14.0 based on Android 14 out-of-the-box, it guarantees two major Android updates and three years of security updates. Other features include dual stereo speakers, hi-res audio certification, an IP54 rating, and a USB Type-C port.
