The upcoming OLED iPads are expected to maintain sizes similar to the existing iPad Pro models offering a smaller version of around 11.1 inches and a larger model of approximately 13.1 inches. While there are talks of future OLED iPad versions going up to 15 inches Apple’s current focus is on screen sizes.
Rumors suggest that Apple’s supplier BOE is working on developing OLED displays in sizes up to 15 inches, which could be suitable for iPads. According to insights from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple is considering iPads more than 12.9 inches although such sizes may not be realized in the future. CAD designs of the ~11-inch and ~13-inch iPad Pro models provide a glimpse into their expected design.
