Erling Haaland has hit back at Trent Alexander-Arnold ahead of the highly anticipated Manchester City vs Liverpool clash in the Premier League this weekend. The right-back said that winning a trophy with Liverpool is more valuable than winning one with Manchester City.
The Reds recently experienced that feeling, winning the Carabao Cup against Chelsea, beating them 1-0 in the finals after extra time.

“If he wants to say that, okay. I’ve been here one year and I’ve won the treble and it was quite a nice feeling, I don’t think he knows exactly this feeling…,” Haaland said when asked about his opinion.
“Liverpool can talk as much as they want, or Trent Alexander-Arnold can talk as much as he wants… I don’t know why he does that, but I don’t mind”.
The Norwegian is on course for another treble, with an active Premier League title challenge, alongside runs in the FA Cup as well as the Champions League, of which they are now in the quarter-finals. As a result, things could end up in favour of the Sky Blues once again.
