PUBG Ban in India is going to last for now

Maximum of the Indian youths are still waiting for the unban of PUBG Mobile. Earlier, there was news in the market saying the PUBG Corporation is in talks with Reliance to relaunch in our country. The authority also broke its ties with the Chinese firm, Tencent, considering the Indo-China clash. But now, it seems the PUBG fans need to move on.

As you know, on 2nd September, the Indian Government banned a total of 118 applications that include PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite. As per the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) they took this step considering the national security.

According to the information collected by InsideSport, there is no activity within the Ministry to revoke the ban from any of the applications as the situation has not changed yet. Besides, sacrificing the tie with Tencent is not enough for the PUBG Corporation to bring its games back on track.

The Ministry Source said, “Their is no discussion with-in the ministry officially to revoke ban on any of the apps listed in the ban list. We will stay away from making any comment on any specific company or app”,

A few days ago PUBG Corporation, in a statement, said, “they will reach out to the government to find a solution” but the information, given to InsideSports, indicates no representation, either by PUBG Corp. or any other Indian company, has been made yet to the ministry to lift the ban on the game.

In conclusion, the news is not good for Indian PUBG fans. There is hardly a chance for PUBG to relaunch in India. The gamers need to move on and try some other alternatives.
