Practically, Microsoft is the owner of popular games like Doom, Quake, Fallout, and The Elder Scrolls. It’s obvious Microsoft will use this new unit to develop exclusive offerings on Xbox. But, this deal will not affect the availability of the existing and upcoming titles on other platforms in the present and future.

For the Xbox fans, Microsoft can also add Bethesda titles to its Xbox Game Pass, expecting before the launch of Xbox Series X and Series S. This is the reason why I said, this deal will help you to choose between Xbox and Play Station.

Microsoft is expecting to close the deal in the second quarter of the next year, it will help the company to balance its economical stuff for the current and next financial year.
