The company has yet again provided the gaming world with one more world defining accessory. Acer has released its latest high-resolution monitor dubbed the Acer XV282K KV. It is part of Acer’s NITRO XV2 Series.

The monitor is the companies first edition which comes with HDMI 2.1 support. HDMI 2.1 will become a standard in the market once Ampere/RDNA2 graphics cards and the Next-Gen consoles get a release.
The 28-inch 4K IPS panel sported by the monitor has a refresh rate of 144 Hz. It is manufactured by Innolux and carries the code name M280DCA AAS.
The panel supports AMD’s FreeSync as well as Adaptive-Sync. Local luminance pulses of 600 cd/m2 are to be expected as this monitor has VESA HDR600 certification. This allows and immersive gaming experience for gamers.
This monitor will appease any game lover. As it sports a high refresh rate which allows for faster reactions. It is a must-have for any gaming set up. The nearly borderless design allows a nearly seamless edge which is perfect for setting up a multi-monitor setup while playing games and other professional activities.
The monitor also comes with a stand that offers four different types of customization and comfort points. The stand can be customized for height adjustment, swivel, tilt, and easy conversion to either landscape or portrait orientation. The height can be adjusted up to 180 mm and tilt ranges from -5° to 35°.
Acer XV282K KV monitor is currently listed for a price of ¥8499.00 which translates to $1246. The company is already taking pre-orders of the monitor. The monitor is expected to be made available for shipping from January 2021.
