In the lead-up to the 10th season of the Pro Kabaddi League (PKL), U Mumba is conducting its pre-season preparation camp at JSW’s top high-tech Olympic training facility located in the Inspire Institute of Sports (IIS), located in Bellary, Karnataka.

The IIS facility is a huge Kabaddi training facility, and the possibility of finding a place that combines all of the vital elements in a top-of-the-line, modern facility is not often considered. The customized amenities that meet every kind of athlete’s requirements have enriched the training experience for athletes while they exercise and achieve their goals of preparation under the guidance of the U Mumba coaches.

The campus is sprawling and offers various facilities, including a top-of-the-line gymnasium, an Olympic-sized swimming pool with recovery ice baths, and outdoor facilities. The most up-to-date technology for sports science, sports tech, and sports nutrition facilities, as well as expert physiotherapists to ensure the proper amount of fitness and holistic training required for Kabaddi with efficient recovery and training rooms with ice baths and saunas that offer a comprehensive schedule and training sessions that assist athletes to recover effectively following every session,
“We have made sure that our training programs are designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and to meet the specific needs that are aimed at improving each player’s performance. JSW’s Inspire Institute of Sport will greatly improve the chances of U Mumba for the Pro Kabaddi League Season 10,” said coach Gholamreza Mazandarani.
The 43-day program began on the 15th of October and will continue through the 28th of November. The enthusiasm that every area of the training facility has seen as the best athletes are trained here has been an unforgettable experience for the PKL team.
The camp will take two phases in order to build the fitness level and implement more tactics and match-related strategies. The first part of the program will end for five days in preparation for Diwali on November 15, prior to the team’s reunification.
In the 10th season, PKL will return in 12 city caravans, and the season will start on December 2, 2023.
