Intel Meteor Lake-H ultra 7 1002H CPU appears in Geekbench

The Geekbench database now includes a 16-core Intel Meteor Lake-H CPU dubbed the Core Ultra 7 1002H. With the highly anticipated arrival of Intel’s Meteor Lake CPUs, it appears that more and more leaks are appearing, the most recent being a Geekbench that reveals the Intel Core Ultra 7 1002H 16-Core CPU. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the identical “Intel Core Ultra 7 1002H” SKU appear online; the same processor was discovered in Intel’s own database not long ago.

In terms of specifications, the Intel Core Ultra 7 1002H “Meteor Lake” CPU will include 6 P-Cores and 10 E-Cores (8 E-Cores in the Compute Tile and 2 E-Cores in the SOC Tile), a base frequency of 3.40 GHz, and a boost clock that can reach 5 GHz.

In terms of performance, the CPU scored 2439 points in single-score benchmarks and 12,668 points in multi-core benchmarks in Geekbench 6. This puts it on par with the Core i9-13900H, a 14-core chip based on the Raptor Cove and Gracemont designs.

Without a doubt, Intel’s Meteor Lake lineup comes with a very confusing and new “Core Ultra” naming scheme, and it will take some time for consumers to get used to it. We’ve now received entries from all segments, including Core Ultra 9, Core Ultra 7, and Core Ultra 5.

Meteor Lake’s release is generating a lot of buzz in the business. Intel will formally introduce the portfolio at Innovation 2023 next week, and we will be there as usual, so anticipate details straight from the show floor.
