The Oppo A2 Pro, Oppo’s upcoming A series phone and the A1 Pro’s replacement, is anticipated to be unveiled in China on September 15th, according to leaker Digital Chat Station.
It was initially believed to be the Oppo A2, with the codename “Givenchy,” but a well-known Weibo tipster named Digital Chat Station has disclosed that the phone would actually be sold under the name Oppo A2 Pro. The device’s launch date was also disclosed by him.

The tipster points that on September 15 the Oppo A2 Pro will make its debut in China. Along with the expected release date, he also revealed some details about the smartphone’s display, refresh rate, battery, and camera configuration.
According to tipster, the A2 Pro has a 6.7-inch OLED display with curved edges. The display could feature a high 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution. In order to lessen eye fatigue, the display will also have 2160Hz PWM high-frequency fading.
