We know iQOO 5 is scheduled to launch on 17th August and many specifications have been revealed as the launch is nearing. The phone is tipped to have a 120Hz AMOLED display, 120W fast charging support, and even VC cooling with Ultra game mode. To be more exact the phone will be a gaming smartphone from the brand with all the latest high-tech specs loaded in it.
More importantly, we have also noticed that the phone will have a BMW Edition as the company has partnered with the car manufacturer on occasion for the 2020 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters (DTM). Meanwhile, the retail box of the phone has been spotted in Weibo along with many camera samples which also includes amazing night modes other BMW M Motorsport’s race cars.
Leaks and reports suggest that the iQOO 5 will come with a triple rear camera setup that will have a 5X optical and 60X digital zoom. The phone will feature the ordinary Snapdragon 865 SoC but not the Plus version.
With all the leaks surfacing around the internet, the company has also confirmed that the phone will come with a punch hole cut display as well as a curved one on both sides. Might be a 2.5D curvature as we have seen in most of the Oppo and Samsung devices.
