A recent report claims that Samsung Galaxy S20 Lite is spotted in the Geekbench listing. The phone is also known as the Samsung Galaxy Fan Edition. This model has been spotted with Exynos 990 processor and it can already be seen in different reports with few more specs revealed of this alleged phone in past few weeks.
This phone (Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition) is expected to launch at the end of this month to be more specific in the fourth quarter. Previously the Fan Edition had been spotted with Snapdragon 865 SoC but now a new Geekbench listing with model number Samsung SM-G780F has been spotted. This is believed to be the Indian version of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition hints the presence of Exynos 990 SoC in the phone.
The Geekbench listing has been spotted by tipster Abhishek Yadav, where the phone managed to score 588 and 2,448 points in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. The listing also reveals 8GB RAM and Android 10 support on the phone. This might be one of the versions of the phone and as Samsung releases its smartphones in India with Exynos chipset so, the S20 Lite might be the name of the Indian variant of the upcoming inferior version of the Samsung Galaxy S20.
Specifications of Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition
The phone is reported to have a 120Hz display and IP68 certified built along with a triple rear camera including a 12MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP telephoto unit with 3x optical zoom. The phone is said to have the same 4,500mAh battery just like the Galaxy S20+.
