Realme, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, introduced its Realme 11 series in May this year in China, comprising the Realme 11 5G, Realme 11 Pro 5G, and Realme 11 Pro+ 5G models. However, Indian consumers only experienced the launch of the Realme 11 Pro series a month later, in June. Recently, there have been indications that the Realme 11 5G is gearing up for a global release, as it appeared on certification websites like TDRA and SIRIM.
All About Realme 11 5G in Taiwan
The Realme 11 5G has now been officially launched in Taiwan and is listed on the company’s official website with a price tag of NT$ 8,990 (approximately ₹23,000). Notably, this device stands out as the world’s first smartphone equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G chipset.
In terms of specifications, the Realme 11 5G features a 6.72-inch FHD+ display with a peak brightness of 680 nits and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. While some sources suggest it is an IPS LCD display, it delivers impressive visuals. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, accompanied by the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The smartphone operates on Realme UI 4.0, which is built upon Android 13.
The Realme 11 5G boasts a substantial 5000mAh battery that supports rapid 67W SuperVOOC charging, ensuring quick top-ups. On the camera front, it houses a dual rear setup with a 108MP Samsung HM6 primary sensor and a 2MP secondary camera. It features a 16MP front camera. The device weighs 190g and measures 8.05mm in thickness. Enhancing both convenience and security, the device features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
