OPPO recently introduced the Reno 10 series in China, and now the company is preparing to unveil these smartphones in India and globally in early July. The Oppo Reno 10 series consists of the Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro+. Ahead of its launch in India, OPPO has listed the Reno 10 series on its official website, and a dedicated microsite is now available on Flipkart. Additionally, the phones will also be available through offline retail stores.
The Upcoming Oppo Reno 10 Series
According to the landing pages on OPPO’s website and Flipkart, all three devices in the Reno 10 series will feature a 3D curved screen with a centrally positioned punch-hole cutout. These models will have a sleek form factor and an oval-shaped camera module on the back to house the camera sensors.
The listing reveals some specific details about the Indian variant of the Reno 10 Pro+ 5G, which will include a 64MP OIS periscope telephoto lens and a 50MP Sony IMX890 primary sensor with OIS. The Reno 10 Pro 5G will share the same primary camera as the Pro+ and will have a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto unit.
In terms of camera specifications, the standard Reno 10 will feature a 32MP telephoto portrait camera and a 120Hz refresh rate. This variant will be available with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. On the other hand, the Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro+ will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Regarding color options, the Reno 10 and 10 Pro+ will be available in Glossy Purple and Silver Grey, while the OPPO Reno 10 5G will be offered in Silver Grey and Ice Blue.
Moving on to the specifications of the OPPO Reno 10 series, since these phones have already been announced in China, have a look at their key features. All models in the series will feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with up to 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 1400 nits.
The processors in the Indian and global versions of the Reno 10 phones will differ from their Chinese counterparts. The Reno 10 is anticipated to have the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, while the Reno 10 Pro is likely to be equipped with the Snapdragon 778G+ SoC. The flagship Reno 10 Pro+ is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
As for RAM and storage, these phones are expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of native storage. They will run on the Android 13 operating system. In terms of battery, the OPPO Reno 10 Pro+ will be equipped with a 4700mAh battery and support 100W fast charging, while the Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 will come with a 4600mAh battery and 80W fast charging capabilities.
In terms of cameras, the Reno 10 will feature a 64MP primary Omnivision OV64B sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide camera, and a 32MP IMX709 2X telephoto camera. The Reno 10 Pro will have a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture, along with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 32MP telephoto lens.
The Reno 10 Pro+ will include a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 64MP periscope telephoto Omnivision OV64B sensor with 3x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom. All three devices will feature a 32MP front camera for selfies and video chats.
