Xiaomi Mix Fold3 rumours have been swirling for some time, but thanks to a fresh leak, we now have a clearer image. It has already been rumoured that the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 will be the direct successor to the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2, which did not make it to the worldwide market for unknown reasons.
The Xiaomi Mix Fold3 is said to have unique features such as a periscope camera.
The leak claims that Xiaomi’s one foldable will have three cameras on the rear. Two of them are expected to bring telephoto lenses. The one without a periscope is reported to have a conventional 3,2x optical zoom, whilst the one with a periscope may have a 5x optical zoom.
If accurate, this will represent a big advancement in the foldable world. Specifically, neither the Galaxy Z Fold 4 nor the Huawei Mate Xs 2 have similar technologies in their foldable. Of course, what Samsung brings to its future foldable gadget remains to be seen.
In terms of display, the Xiaomi Mix Fold3 could have an 8.02′′ 2K AMOLED folding display, similar to its predecessor. The diagonal size of the cover display should be 6.56′′. Both should have a refresh rate of 120Hz.
Previous leaks of Xiaomi Mix Fold3 specifications indicate that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The battery should have a capacity of 4500 mAh and be complemented with a 67W fast charger with 50W wireless charging capabilities.
