Thomson, yesterday (30th July), launched its two new Android TV series in India, along with that extends its oath Pro series with new variants. The most satisfactory fact is these Android TV models are developed and tested with Google. The ‘Make in India’ certification is an addition for Indians on top of that.
The Path 9A lineup has the TVs having HD and FHD resolution, on the other hand, the 9R series has the TVs with 4K resolution. The Path 9A series is made up of four models – 32 inches HD, 32 inches bezel-less, 40 inches FHD, and 43 inches FHD. On the other hand, the Path 9R lineup has three variants – 43 inches 4K, 50 inches 4K, and 55 inches 4K. If you are wondering for the Oath Pro lineup, it is extended with 50 inches and 75 inches models
Both the 9A and 9R series TV models are coming with IPS A+ panels, quad-core Amlogic processors, and quad-core Mali GPUs. I already mentioned the display resolutions earlier. As per the manufacturer, the TVs are running on Android TV 9 and has the support of more than 5000 smart TV application and games. The remote has buttons dedicated to YouTube, Google Assistant, Amazon Prime Video, and Sony Liv.
The new members of the Oath Pro series have Dolby vision, HDR10 support, Hybrid Log-Gamma, MEMC support, and two speakers of 15W that supports Dolby Digital Plus and DTS Truesound.
All these models will be available for sale from 6th August on Flipkart.
