Coming down to bat first, the visitors put up a 171-run total on the board for the loss of 5 wickets. Skipper Du Plessis bagged his seventh fifty for the season. Maxwell went excellent, too, as he smashed a 33-ball 54 with three sixes and five fours.

Anuj Rawat, the amazing young talent, was unbeaten for a sensational 29 off 11 deliveries in the end. His two consecutive sixes and a boundary in the last three balls of the innings helped RCB cross the 170-run mark.

Rajasthan bundled for 59 runs!

The Rajasthan batters were the total opposite of what they had been throughout the season. Both the openers were dismissed for ducks, and the entire batting order kept going downhill.

They’re all out for just 59 runs in 10.3 overs. Wayne Parnell picked up three wickets to be rightly awarded the player of the match.

The good news for RCB is they have a positive NRR now, and with this big win, they keep their playoff hopes alive. The coming few days are going to be super exciting as the playoff race is getting thrilling, and it’ll be interesting to watch which four make it to the final showdown!
