Arsenal have made a new formal offer for Mykhaylo Mudryk in the last few hours, after their initial offer was rejected. Their new offer is worth €70 million as the guaranteed fee with a sum of €20-25 million being discussed as add-ons.
The Premier League club are discussing their add-ons structure and how they are expected to activate them in the future. There is no answer from Shakhtar Donetsk as of yet, and they are considering their stance on the issue before responding.
Arsenal make new Mykhaylo Mudryk bid
The Ukrainian forward has been a long-term target for Arsenal, but they haven’t been able to reach an agreement yet. They haven’t given up on their pursuit of the youngster and are keen to add him to their ranks within this month.
Personal terms are not expected to be an issue for the transfer, as they have already been agreed. Moreover, Mykhaylo Mudryk has been very active on social media about his interest in moving to the Emirates Stadium.
Chelsea were one of the clubs interested in signing Mudryk in case the deal with Arsenal fell through. But, they haven’t placed any formal bid to sign him as of yet.
Mykhaylo Mudryk was the fastest player during the Champions League 22/23 group stages, and has scored 10 goals and provided 9 assists this season. As a result, he could provide a huge impact for the table toppers once makes the switch.
