Netflix’s one of the most-awaited love-drama spin-offs Bridgerton has come officially. Recently, the streaming service exposed a first look at the young version of Lady Agatha Danbury in the latest limited sequel series, Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story. It arrived after the streaming service had already launched the first look of young Queen Charlotte has been portrayed by India Amarteifo.
Netflix confirms that Lady Danbury along with keen knowledge of the once split social scene along with the intricacies of marriage, Agatha becomes a guiding light for the latest Queen, all while getting her own voice and power.
Bridgerton: Plot
In the upcoming show, we are going to see betrothed to the mysterious King of England against her will, Charlotte comes to London just to feel that she is not exactly like what is expected. She has learned to navigate the palace, the ‘ton, and with her such unpredictable husband, she has grown into one of Europe’s most unforgettable monarchs.
In this new series we are going to see Michelle Fairley as Princess Agusta, Corey Mylchreest as Young King George, Arsema Thomas in her television debut as Young Agatha Danbury, Sam Clemmett will appear as Young Brimsley, Richard Cunnigham as Adolphus, Rob Maloney as Royal doctor, Cyril Nri as Lord Danbury, and Hugh Sachs come as Bridgeton’s Brinsley.
In addition, Rhimes and Julia Quinn will come to co-write a novelization of Charlotte’s origin story. The book set to explore Charlotte’s relationship with King George by exposing how they have set to meet, and how their love just made a huge social shift in the world across them.
Rhimes stated,” queen charlotte has been such a moving character to write, and now having the opportunity to work with Julia to adapt this story into a book is such an exciting opportunity.” he also added,” I can’t wait for fans of this universe to read the story of a character that has resonated so deeply with our audience.”
