Jeff Bezos, best known as the founder, CEO, and president of Amazon re-build his record again, even after giving a quarter of this stack of Amazon during the divorce settlement.
As per the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, Bezos’s wealth reached $171.6 billion by breaking the previous highest one i.e. $167.7 billion listed on 4th September 2018. This happened for the 4.4% hike of the company’s share which now becomes $2,878.20. This year, he alone gains $56.7 billion.
The tech industry seems quite a huge source of earning as most of the known with a great amount of wealth belongs to this. Jeff Bezos is one of them, no doubt. There is also Tesla Chief Executive officer Elon Musk, Zoom Video Communications founder Eric Yuan, and more. Both of them gained 25.8 billion USD and 13.1 billion USD respectively.
On the other hand, Mackenzie Bezos comes up to the 12th position in Bloomberg’s ranking. She has a 4% stack in her hands and 56.9 billion USD in total. This amount brings her the title of the second wealthiest woman around the globe.
Overall, if you observe now, the net worth of the World’s top 500 richest people become 5.93 trillion USD. At the beginning of this year, this figure was 5.91 trillion USD.
