The women in blue will be facing Sri Lanka for the finale.

The Indian women’s team has been the most successful team with the Women lifting the Asia Cup titles six times. They lost the final to Bangladesh in 2018 and they will try their best to clinch the trophy this time. The second semi-final between Pakistan and Sri Lanka is won by Srilanka, so India will be facing them. India clashed with Pakistan in the final of 2016 and Sri Lanka made it to the clash four out of seven times.

Shefali was awarded the player of the match and said “Now, I am a bit confident, I will keep working hard and I’m always happy to contribute to the team. The wicket is good to bat. Smriti did well, and Jemi also did well. We have to work on partnerships. We hope the weather stays good for the final.”

The mega clash will be between India and Sri Lanka on October 15 starting at 13:00 IST.
