Global technology brand Honor today reaffirmed its commitment to international markets during its IFA keynote presentation. At IFA 2022 Honor announced its new Dual Flagship strategy – in short, Honor is launching its foldable phones internationally.
During the occasion, the model introduced a brand new Dual Flagship Strategy to deliver the following foldable and all-round flagship smartphones to Europe and different worldwide markets. And since the company is “Embracing the Connected Future”, it teased the upcoming MagicOS 7.0, which aims to connect smartphones, PCs and IoT devices together.

MagicOS 7.0
During the event, company unveiled MagicOS 7.0, a new OS designed to provide seamless experience across the cross-platform, cross-device experiences. It is based on Android as well as PC and IoT operating systems, so devices running different OS can connect to MagicOS devices at a system level. Alongside new user interface changes, MagicOS 7.0 will let users control an Honor laptop, smartphone and tablet using a single keyboard and mouse.
HONOR 70
The HONOR 70 is the first HONOR N Series smartphone to run Magic UI 6.1 based on Android 12. Designed for vlogging enthusiasts, the smartphone is the latest addition to its high-end N Series smartphone line up.
With Dual Video Streaming, it can record two videos simultaneously, with one featuring a single subject and the other capturing the full group. The smartphone boasts a dual main camera that comprises a 54MP IMX800 Super Sensing Main Camera with a large 1/1.49-inch IMX800 Sensor and a 50MP Ultra-Wide & Macro camera. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Plus 5G and supports GPU Turbo X and OS Turbo X.
The HONOR 70 is available in Crystal Silver and Midnight Black. It is available in South Africa. You can get it from Vodacom for R749 over 24 months, or R579 on a 36-month contract.
HONOR Pad 8
The Pad 8 The tablet combines a 12-inch 2K HONOR FullView display featuring a screen-to-body ratio of 87% and support a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels and 1 billion colors with eight built-in.
It features a 12th gen Intel Core i5-12500H processor and can be configured with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 2050 GPU. This is the first Honor laptop to offer OS Turbo, which improves energy efficiency by over 20%. This means that the 75Wh battery is enough for 17 hours on standby. And there is fast charging, so 15 minutes of charging equal 3.5 hours of up time.
HONOR MagicBook 14
The all-new MagicBook 14 delivers significant upgrades in battery life and up to 20.8% better power efficiency compared to its predecessor. The laptop is powered by a 12 Gen Intel Core i5-12500H processor and is configurable with a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2050 dedicated graphics card.
With a 75Wh battery, the MagicBook 14 provides up to 17 hours of battery life on standby, and supports fast charging to provide up to 3.5 hours of uptime when running productivity software after just 15 minutes of charging. Coming in a sleek yet elegant Space Gray colorway, the MagicBook 14 is slated to arrive in select European markets with pre-orders starting today, with a starting price of EUR 1099.
