Teaching and learning go hand in hand. There’s always a persistent need in education to ensure effective teaching reaches students at all levels. Vedantu believes that great teachers enliven the learning process which is at the core of student success. Their teacher training programs are a critical part of their teaching model and help design quality learning experiences for students. These blended training programs are developed to align the teachers with Vedantu’s processes, equip them to create strong learning modules and help them understand different types of students and how to customize instructions.

These blended learning programs are based on Adult Learning Principles (Andragogy) which enables them to understand the process, platform and skills that are required for them to deliver impactful and highly engaging online sessions. Most of the programs provide the Teachers with the most scientific & practical tools & techniques that will help them put into practice thus accomplishing the motto of the Teacher Training Team – “Don’t just impart knowledge but create an experiential timeless learning experience to Vedans so they can’t imagine not succeeding.”
