Premier League confirm the full schedule for the 2019-20 season resumption

Premier League has been suspended since March due to the Coronavirus pandemic. But it’s about time that football will return once again, which is great news for all the football fans across the globe!

All the matches will be played behind closed doors, which is unfortunate but it is a necessary step to control the spread of the COVID-19. Premier League CEO, Richard Masters has confirmed that more than a third of the remaining fixtures will be televised free-to-air in the UK.

Premier League has also allowed five substitutions in a match instead of the previous three, just like Bundesliga and LaLiga. This measure has been taken to prevent players from getting injuries by playing so often in such a short span of time.

Premier League has now confirmed the whole fixture for the 2019-20 Premier League resumption from 17th June. The first fixture will be between Aston Villa and Sheffield United, followed by Manchester City hosting Arsenal.
