Napoli are getting their transfer affairs in order, and have made several comments about their business this summer. The Azzurri have been most prominently linked with the departure of Kalidou Koulibaly.
Juventus, Chelsea and Barcelona have all been linked with the centre-back’s signature. However, the sporting director, Cristiano Giuntoli has now made his stance clear on the issue: “Koulibaly is a key player for us. There’s no bid from any club. We’ve offered him a new deal for €6m net salary per season plus future role as part of the board”.
“It’s a huge proposal, €60m gross for Napoli – Koulibaly deserves it all”.
“Koulibaly told us he wants to think about our new deal proposal and explore the options for his future”

“We didn’t need to tell Koulibaly that we’re not selling him to Juventus – because we consider Koulibaly untouchable and non-transferrable,” Giuntoli continued.
Club manager Luciano Spalletti added: “We’ve prepared an extra large captain’s armband for Kalidou, we want him to stay”
There is no intention to sell Victor Osimhen this summer either, despite there being a lot of interest for the Nigerian.
“There’s no bid for Osimhen… we’ve received some calls to explore the situation. Huge, really huge bid is needed to sell Osimhen”.
There has been no offer for the signing of Paulo Dybala, or the sale of Fabian Ruiz this summer either. On the other hand, Dries Mertens has seemingly ended his spell with Napoli, rejecting their latest contract offer.
