The transfer window is fully underway, and clubs across Europe have already spent over a billion Euros on signings. Of that, the Premier League has spent almost half a billion in incoming transfers alone, showcasing their financial power from the top to bottom.

Manchester United and Chelsea are yet to make their first signing of the summer, and will only boost the amount that Premier League sides are spending this window. Arsenal’s imminent confirmation of Gabriel Jesus will also push up their spending to the most of all the clubs in Europe.
