AC Milan are exploring the opportunity to sign Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea this summer. The player has high chances of leaving the club this summer, and Milan are looking to sign him if they can reach an agreement with the Blues.

However, no concrete offer has been made for the Moroccan as of yet. Since he has a Dutch passport, he will be registered as an EU player. But, he will most likely be signed on a loan deal with the option to buy.

The winger joined Chelsea in the summer of 2020, following his spell at Ajax. But, he has failed to establish himself as a regular under Thomas Tuchel despite being played in a variety of positions across the pitch.

Following his inconsistent form, he might be offloaded as Chelsea look to bolster their options this summer. AC Milan have done business with Chelsea in the past, and have signed Fikayo Tomori, and Olivier Giroud from the London side. Hakim Ziyech could join his former teammates at San Siro this summer if a deal is struck between the two clubs for a move.

However, due to some uncertainties in Milan’s hierarchy, they have been unable to make moves in the transfer market as of yet. They missed out on the signing of Sven Botman, and could also lose Renato Sanches despite having agreed personal terms with him over a transfer.
