Razer Blade Pro 17 with Core i7-10875H & RTX 2070 or RTX 2080 Super Max-Q starts at $2,599.99

Finally, Razer announces its Blade Pro 17 2020 version with the new Intel Comet Lake-H processors and experiences some higher refresh rate displays. The laptop remains an ideal choice for both gamers as well as professionals who need extra power for both gaming or productivity.

The Razer Blade Pro 17 2020 borrows the same design as its predecessor, with a sleek body weighing around 2.75 kg. It has an aluminium unibody, CNC milled and cut from a single aluminium block for a robust frame.

Razer has made the laptop chassis 25% smaller than its predecessor, with a faster 17.3-inch display that’s fitted into a body as sleek and compact as a 15-inch laptop.

Coming to the display, Razer gives you the option to choose from the FHD or 4K UHD touchscreen panels with up to 300 Hz refresh rate. The FHD panel has 300 nits of peak brightness while the UHD one has 400 nits, while the FHD panel covers 100% sRGB Color Gamut, the UHD one covers 100% Adobe RGB Color Gamut.

The laptop features the latest 8-core 10th gen Intel Core i7-10875H processor with a base clock speed of 2.3GHz and 5.1GHz Turbo Boost. It is coupled with 16 GB DDR4-2933 RAM which is expandable to up to 64 GB with Intel XMP support.

The FHD model features in-built 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD storage which is upgradeable to 2TB while the 4K UHD features in-built 1TB SSD storage. The laptop also has an additional M.2 slot that lets you increase your storage accordingly.

The FHD variant sports up to a 300 Hz refresh rate panel while the 4K UHD one supports up to 120 Hz refresh rate and both of them can be configured with either NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Max-Q or the  RTX 2080 Super Max-Q graphics. It features an IR HD webcam 720p with Windows Hello support for faster login.

On the connectivity front, the laptop has Wi-Fi 6 (Intel AX201) and Bluetooth 5.0 support. Like all the previous Razer laptops, this one too features Per-Key RGB powered by Razer Chroma anti-ghosting backlit keyboard along with Glass Touchpad with Microsoft Precision Touch for multi-touch gestures.

The Razer Blade Pro 17 2020 also has some impressive audio features, comes with Stereo Speakers with Dolby Atmos Support along with Array Microphone. Obviously, it comes with built-in Windows 10 Home 64 bit and 70.5WHr lithium-polymer battery which should give enough battery life daily.

Last but not the least, the laptop offers a lot of ports: three USB3.2 Gen 2 Type-A Ports, two USB3.2 Gen 2 Type-C Ports (Shared with Thunderbolt 3 Port), one Thunderbolt 3 Port, one RJ45 – 2.5Gb ethernet, one HDMI 2.0b and an UHS-III SD Card Reader slot.

Head over to Razer’s official site for more info, while the Razer Blade Pro 17 2020 will have a starting price of $2,599.99 and is expected to arrive in stores sometime in June 2020.
