VideoCardz claims to have obtained the MSRP for AMD’s forthcoming RDNA 2 update, which includes Radeon 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6650 XT, which will contend for a spot on the best graphics card list once more. As with any unreleased hardware or leaks, we advise care when dealing with the leaked information.
According to AMD’s official website, the leaked cost aligns with AMD’s reference designs. As a result, custom models are likely to cost more than the disclosed MSRP. Furthermore, the Radeon RX 6650 XT will not be available from AMD, implying that only third-party designs would be available.
The Radeon RX 6950 XT is expected to cost $1,099, which is only $100 or 10% higher than the Radeon RX 6900 XT. Custom versions of the Radeon RX 6900 XT go for $999 to $2,400, so the Radeon RX 6950 XT might be a good deal for gamers if the Navi 21-powered graphics card can keep its speculated MSRP.
The Radeon RX 6750 XT, on the other hand, may cost $549. The Radeon RX 6700 XT launched for $479, so the Radeon RX 6750 XT appears to be a 15% premium. Radeon RX 6700 XT aftermarket variants cost between $485 and $1,250. In comparison to AMD’s partners’ more costly Radeon RX 6700 XT, the Radeon RX 6750 XT appears plausible.
Radeon RX 6950 XT and RX 6750 XT will have better clock speeds, quicker memory, and a substantially higher TDP
If the information from VideoCardz is correct, the Radeon RX 6650 XT might cost $399. Understandably, AMD would want to keep the RX 6600-series cards under $400. Because the Radeon RX 6600 XT has a $379 MSRP, the Radeon RX 6650 XT looks to be only $20 more expensive, or a 5% price increase. If we look at the present market, bespoke Radeon RX 6600 XT graphics cards can cost anywhere from $400 to $685, making the Radeon RX 6650 XT an interesting option.
On May 10, the Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6650 XT are expected to be released. As a result, AMD could make an official announcement very soon. However, the timing is odd because Computex 2022 doesn’t start until May 23, and AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su will deliver the keynote.
