FIFA 22: Detailed explanation of the new FUT Champions’ reward system during the Team Of The Season (TOTS) promo

Team Of The Season (TOTS) is the biggest promo in FIFA every year. The TOTS promo runs for around 1.5-2 months and includes the highest rated version of almost every player who makes it into the Team Of The Season of their respective leagues or the Community or Ultimate Team Of The Season.

The voting for the FIFA 22 TOTS teams has already started. The Community TOTS will release on 29th April 2022, officially starting the Team Of The Season promo in FIFA 22.

However, there will be few changes in the most competitive part of the online game, FUT Champions, as we head into the TOTS. FUT champions can be played only at the weekends and you get Red TOTW/TOTS picks from them which makes it one of the best rewarded playing modes in FUT.

The FUT Champions will start as usual on Friday but a few hours late and as the start of the FUT Champions has been delayed, the competition will now end on Tuesday, instead of Monday to give the players enough time to finish all their 20 matches.

The FUT Champions’ reward system has also been revamped for the upcoming TOTS promo.

TOTS picks rewards in FUT Champions

Both TOTS teams

• Rank 10 + 9 – 1/2 TOTS max 90
• Rank 8 – 1/4 TOTS max 90
• Rank 7 – 1/4 TOTS max 90 x2

Main TOTS Team

• Rank 6 – 1/3 TOTS
• Rank 5 – 1/3 TOTS x2
• Rank 4 – 1/4 TOTS x2
• Rank 3 – 1/4 TOTS x2
• Rank 2 – 1/5 TOTS x2
• Rank 1 – 1/5 TOTS x3

However, many FIFA 22 players are complaining about the new FUT Champions’ reward system during TOTS. It remains to be seen whether EA Sports listen to the players and change the rewards or not.
