Kingsley Coman holds a rather unique record. The winger has won a league title in every year of his senior career, starting from 2012/13 with PSG. The youngster came through the academy of the French giants before moving to Juventus in Italy.
He was a part of two of their record nine consecutive Serie A title wins before moving to Germany. The player has featured in every one of Bayern Munich’s Bundesliga title wins since 2016. And with their record-making tenth consecutive Bundesliga title win, he has continued the unique record.
Kingsley Coman could extend record even further
The Frenchman has made 31 appearances across all competitions this year. He has scored 8 goals and provided 6 assists, indicating the development of an end product which has improved in recent years.
Owing to his increased importance to the team, Kingsley Coman signed a contract extension with Bayern Munich in January. His new deal will keep him with the German giants until 2027, and given Bayern’s domination in the domestic league, he could certainly add to his tally and continue to stack league titles.
Coman has earned 37 caps for the French national team, and has scored 5 goals. He is still only 25, and has already won 11 league titles in his career across three of Europe’s top five leagues. His teammate, Thomas Muller, on the other hand, holds the record for the most individual Bundesliga titles with 11 to his name.
