OnePlus is yet to confirm the launch date of the OnePlus Nord CE 2. However, the company has been speculated to launch this Friday, February 11th in India. As per recent reports, there has been plenty of information that has been leaked about the device.
Ahead of the rumored launch, the Nord CE 2 has secured approval from the TUV certification, in addition to this, it has also been spotted at the Geekbench benchmarking site.
The forthcoming Nord CE 2 has appeared with the IV2201 model number at TUV and Geekbench. At TUV, it has popped up with a 2,200mAh-2,250mAh dual-cell battery that promises a combined typical capacity of 4,500mAh battery.
The TUV listing further hints that the device will arrive with 65W rapid charging support.
As per the Geekbench listing, the Nord CE 2 can be seen featuring the Dimensity 900 with the model number MT6877V/ZA. The device will arrive with 8GB RAM and will not run on Android 12 OS as the benchmarked unit runs on Android 11 OS.
OnePlus could offer OxygenOS 12 on the device, the device scored 704 and 2151 points in the single-core and multi-core tests respectively.
As per other reports, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 will be sporting a punch-hole screen of 6.43″. It will feature an FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. We could get 8GB/12GB RAM variants with 128GB/256GB storage options.
The front of the Nord CE 2 could pack a 16MP selfie-shooter while the rear panel could have a 64MP primary shooter, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. The Nord CE 2 could cost 25,000 INR and may be available in green and black variants.
