Spider-Man: No Way Home has created a new box office record after breaking all other records

Spider-Man: No Way Home is doing great business at the box office. According to Hollywood news site Deadline, Marvel’s new superhero film has gained $121.5 million in North America including the previews for Friday. It has created the second-biggest Friday for any movie in North American history after Avengers: Endgame which has gained $157.4 million.

In the US, Spider-Man: No Way Home has broken the record of the opening day by leaving behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens record, which has created $119.1 million on its first Friday in North America in the year 2015 before the pandemic.

Spider-Man No Way Home has created $247.5 million for the full weekend in North America. The first-highest weekend earner is Avengers: Endgame which has created $357.1 million, while the second-highest weekend earner is Avengers: Infinity War creates $257.7 million, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens has placed in the third-place creating $247.96 million.

Spider-Man: No way Home is expected to do bigger numbers than it is expected, as nothing is certain. The movie has scored an A+ rating by CinemaScore rating, which is the highest possible rating that can be given to any film. It suggested that box office numbers will continue to be strong.

According to a report, it has come to know that for promoting Spider-Man: No Way Home Sony is spending more than $200 million. It will in return make the box office numbers stronger.

Spider-Man: No Way Home has created $181.4 million from the international markets, by pushing its global haul above $300 million after just a few days in theaters.

Recently, Amy Pascal the producer of Sony has recently said that a new Spider-Man trilogy film with Tom Holland can be produced further, but no official deals have been made till now. Meanwhile, it has come to know that Tom Holland is planning to take a break from acting and wanted to focus on his family and other endeavors.
