Nubia has launched a new gaming phone in China. The Nubia RedMagic 6s Pro is the company’s latest top-of-the-line offering. It sits alongside the Red Magic 6 and the Red Magic 6R, which were launched earlier this year. The 6S Pro comes with upgraded internals. Nubia’s latest gaming handset comes with a faster chipset, improved cooling, and a high touch sampling rate. There is no word on the launch of the device in India. However, let’s take a look at the Nubia RedMagic 6S Pro price, specifications and other details.

Nubia RedMagic 6S Pro Specifications

The RedMagic 6S Pro features a conventional screen with narrow bezels at the top and bottom, an ICE 7.0 heat dissipation system with a dedicated fan. In terms of optics, the Red Magic 6S Pro sports a triple rear camera setup comprising a 64-megapixel (f/1.8) primary sensor, an 8-megapixel (f/2.0) ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) macro snapper. For selfies and video calling, there is an 8-megapixel (f/2.0) front-facing camera.

For long term thermal management there’s the active cooling fan, which spins at 20,000 rpm like on the 6 Pro. Compared to previous 18,000 rpm fans the higher speed increases air volume by 30% and air pressure by 35%. The sound from the higher rpm is tempered by a metal cover, which reduces noise by 40%.
