Experts at Top10Casinos.com have revealed which current players are the best value for money in their latest study.

By comparing each player’s performance metrics to their annual salaries, experts at Top10Casinos.com established a value for money score for all active players.

The player performance metrics analysed include total points, steals, blocks and rebounds from the beginning of each active players’ NBA career to 2021.

Highlights from the research:

  • Stephen Curry stands as the NBA player who is the best value for money
  • Stephen Curry gets paid the highest per steal ($856,128), per block ($3,080,871) and per rebound ($182,308)
  • Otto Porter Jr., Paul George and Mike Conley are among the NBA players that are the best value for money
  • Otto Porter Jr. gets paid the highest per point ($52,149­)
  • Andre Drummond, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokic are among the NBA players that are the least value for money

The NBA Players that are the Best Value for Money

Stephen Curry stands as the NBA player who is the best value for money with a value for money score of 7.96 out of 10. The Golden State Warriors point guard has an inflation-adjusted salary of $18,848,418 per year, receiving the highest payment per steal ($856,128), per block ($3,080,871) and per rebound ($182,308)

Standing in second place is small forward Otto Porter Jr. with a value for money score of 7.71 out of 10. With annual inflation-adjusted salary of $16,500,839, 12% less than Curry, Porter is paid the highest per point ($52,149) and third highest per rebound ($152,468) after Stephen Curry and Mike Conley.

Ranking third is Paul George, shooting guard for the Los Angeles Clippers, with a value for money score of 7.42 out of 10. Active from 2010, George has average inflation-adjusted salary of $17,059,053 per year and is paid an average of $2,214,901 per block and $487,928 per steal.

Following the most valuable NBA players are Mike Conley (7.06), Blake Griffin (6.85) and Kevin Love (6.44), respectively ranking fourth, fifth and sixth.
