Samsung has had a history of rebranding many of its devices and launching them across different markets, while it is hard to understand why the brand adapts this bizarre approach, it appears though as if this trend will continue to go on for a while. A device dubbed as the Samsung Galaxy M22 has been spotted on various certification sites and in all likelihood, this device will be a rebadged version of the Samsung Galaxy F22.

The device was first seen on Thailand’s NBTC and Indonesia’s TKDN listings which means that it will be launching soon. In addition to the Samsung Galaxy M22, another entry-level device, the Galaxy A12s has also been seen on TKDN’s listing.

The Galaxy M22 smartphone will carry the model number SM-M22FV whereas the Galaxy A12s was spotted with model number SM-A127F/DS. From their respective listings, both of the devices appear to be 4G supporting devices with dual-sim support.

Comparing these certifications with previous ones, we can expect the Galaxy M22 to launch with a MediaTek Helio G80 chipset along with 4GB RAM. The star of this device will be the 6,000mAh battery and its support for 25W fast charging.

On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy A12s is reported to be a minor upgrade over the original Galaxy A12. Unfortunately, the specs of this particular device are unavailable as of now, the listing of the device was seen on Samsung’s Philippine website and the device also arrived at the Bureau of Indian Standards(BIS) certifications.

We can expect the device to feature an upgraded HD+ display panel, a budget MediaTek Helio SoC along a quad-camera setup. We will have to wait for official word from Samsung themselves to know for sure.
