Rajinikanth’s next big outing just got another glamorous addition. The makers of Dharman have officially welcomed Sreeleela with a lively promo, right after Nayanthara joined the shoot. Here’s everything confirmed so far, minus the noise.

On November 4, 2026, Raaj Kamal Films International introduced the actress with the line, “She’s got the spark. She’s got the pataka.” The clip plays to a classical-flavoured track composed by Anirudh Ravichander, which hints at a colourful, music-rich entertainer. Her exact character is still under wraps, but the makers describe it as a key role.

Dharman: Overview

Detail	Info
Lead	Rajinikanth (as a stylish doctor)
Director	Ashwath Marimuthu
Music	Anirudh Ravichander
Banner	Raaj Kamal Films International (Kamal Haasan co-producing)
New addition	Sreeleela
Also starring	Nayanthara, Simran Bagga, Yogi Babu, Raashii Khanna
Release	Reportedly Summer 2027

Why This Ensemble Feels Special?

Nayanthara’s arrival marks her sixth film with the superstar. Add Simran Bagga, Yogi Babu and Raashii Khanna, and the film is shaping up as a star-packed mass entertainer. Ram Pothineni is reportedly in line to play the main antagonist, though that remains unconfirmed.

Few actors command the loyalty that Rajinikanth does, and pairing him with fresh energy like Sreeleela’s keeps the film feeling current. If you enjoy following such announcements, our South cinema coverage on TechnoSports has more.

What’s Next for the Stars?

Rajinikanth was recently seen in Jailer 2, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar. He is also lined up for KHxRK, a reunion with Kamal Haasan.

Sreeleela was last seen in Ustaad Bhagat Singh opposite Pawan Kalyan. Up next are OM: Chapter 1 with Dhanush and Dare Devil with Ajith Kumar, so her calendar is full.

When Can You Watch It?

Reports suggest shooting could wrap by November 2026, with a theatrical release in Summer 2027. No official date has been announced, so treat it as a tentative window. For more updates like this, explore the latest stories on TechnoSports.
