A Hard Year, Then Good News
Soyeon’s message explained the context. After their wedding, the couple spent four years working toward Cho Yu Min’s second World Cup, after he fulfilled his first lifelong dream. She called it the biggest trial of his career. During that period, she wrote, they received a precious new life on a day they never could have planned. She described the timing as a miracle.
What the Couple Feels Now?
Soyeon said that since learning about the baby, both of them have understood what gratitude really means. They spend each day thankful and happy as their little one grows. She described her husband as kind and diligent and said she’s sure the baby will look just like him. She also mentioned their “furry kids,” meaning their pets, who are part of the family.
The Hashtags Hint
Soyeon used the hashtags “SheepMom” and “SonMom.” According to Soompi, this suggests she’s expecting a boy due next year, which is the year of the sheep.
From Idol to Mom-to-Be
Soyeon debuted with T-ara in 2009, and left the group in 2017. She married Cho Yu Min in 2022. Fans who followed her idol career are now sharing congratulations as she enters a new stage of life.
Why Fans Are Moved?
The story resonates because of its timing. A setback in one of the biggest moments of an athlete’s career was followed by life-changing news. Rather than focusing on disappointment, the couple chose to share gratitude and joy.
