Reality TV is full of fights, but few contestants ask for their rival to stay. On Rise & Fall Season 2, Shehzad Poonawalla, a reality-show debutant, says he did exactly that after his clash with Siwet Tomar.

What Shehzad Said ?
In a recent episode, Shehzad was talking with Irina Rudakova. He was worried about his public image after a row with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and even thought about quitting. Irina urged him to apologise to Priyanka and stay in the game.
Shehzad then explained why he felt he was always the one expected to compromise. He said that within two hours of the fight, while he was getting treatment, he told the makers: “Don’t send him out, keep him. Forgive him.”
His reasoning was human. Siwet is only around 29 to 30 years old and the show is his livelihood, so if Shehzad could forgive him, he could surely apologise to Priyanka.

How It Escalated
The argument grew after Shehzad questioned why Siwet sided with Swara Bhasker, despite Siwet’s earlier comments about not interacting with her. Siwet then charged at Shehzad, whose kurta was torn in the scuffle. Swara was seen asking Siwet not to hit him.
Siwet’s Side
After his eviction, Siwet posted a video with his own version. He said he didn’t hit Shehzad and that the kurta tore because he was holding Shehzad’s collar and it slipped. He also alleged that Shehzad kept provoking him. While admitting violence is wrong, he argued Shehzad broke the rules too and should have faced consequences.
Why It Matters?
The moment shows two sides of Shehzad: a man hurt in a fight who still pleaded for his rival’s job. Viewers will now watch to see whether he makes peace with Priyanka.
