Redemption Process and Rules

To redeem rewards, players must visit the designated BGMI Redeem Centre, enter their Character ID and the redemption code, complete a verification captcha, and then click ‘Redeem’. Eligible rewards will be delivered directly to the player’s in-game mail.

KRAFTON India has outlined specific rules for the redemption process:
* Each redeem code can be utilized by a maximum of 10 users on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Users are limited to redeeming one code per day.
* Each redemption code can only be used once per account.
* Expired codes are no longer valid.
* Redemption is not available via guest accounts.
* A confirmation message will display upon successful redemption; an expiry notification will appear if the redemption limit is met.
* Rewards received via in-game mail must be claimed within 30 days, after which they will expire.
