“Date With Senior”: Inside New Teen Series On Nikhil’s Unspoken Crush On His Senior Navya

That one senior you couldn’t stop thinking about. The nervous glances across the hallway. The crush you never quite worked up the courage to confess. Pinkvilla Buzz’s new coming-of-age series “Date With Senior” captures exactly that feeling — and it’s already striking a chord with Gen-Z viewers.

The show follows Nikhil, a student quietly falling for his senior Navya, in a story built entirely around the innocence and awkwardness of first love.

Date With Senior: Overview

What’s The Story About?

Set against familiar school hallways, “Date With Senior” follows Nikhil as he navigates the rollercoaster of a first crush — excitement, nervousness, and the constant uncertainty of not knowing whether his feelings are reciprocated. Like most teenage romances, expressing those emotions turns out to be far harder than feeling them, leaving Nikhil stuck between hope and hesitation.

Why This Series Hits Different

What makes “Date With Senior” work is how relatable it feels. Quiet glances, awkward conversations, nervous friendships, and the thrill of a first crush — these are universal experiences almost everyone remembers from their own school days. Anushka Kaushik, Parikshit, and Abhishek bring a natural, youthful energy to the story, making Nikhil’s journey feel authentic rather than overly dramatized.

At its heart, this isn’t just a romance — it’s a nostalgic trip back to the version of ourselves who once obsessed over a single hallway glance, making it instantly bingeable for anyone who’s ever had a crush they never confessed.
