A Milestone Season With A Mythological Twist

Bigg Boss Telugu 10 Contestants: Nagarjuna’s Dasavataram Season Kicks Off With 16 Big Personalities: Ten seasons in, Bigg Boss Telugu isn’t slowing down — it’s leaning into spectacle. This year’s “Dasavataram” theme draws on the ten incarnations of Vishnu, framing the season’s format and contestant journeys around ideas of transformation and reinvention. With Nagarjuna returning to host, the franchise continues to lean on his steady, familiar presence to anchor a show that thrives on unpredictability.

Meet The Contestants

The final lineup blends familiar television faces, film actors, comedians, and commoners who fought their way in through the Agnipariksha selection round. Leading the celebrity contingent is Krishnudu (Alluri Krishna), a lead actor known for films like Vinayakudu and Ala Modalaindi, alongside Temper Vamsi, recognized for supporting and antagonist roles in hits including Pushpa: The Rise and Saaho.

Television regulars also feature prominently, with Debjani Modak, known for the serial Eneno Janmala Bandham, and Mukesh Gowda, familiar to Telugu audiences from Guppedantha Manasu and to Kannada viewers from Kannadathi. Comedy is represented by Jabardasth favorites Naresh and Auto Ram Prasad, both bringing their established comic timing into the house.

Rounding out the group are six contestants who earned their place through Bigg Boss Agnipariksha, including folk singer Gundeboina Jhansi, the first commoner to win a direct ticket into the main house, and RJ Charan, whose sharp communication skills stood out during the selection process. Actor Adith Easwaran (Trigun), fresh off his appearance in Mr. Work From Home, and anchor Varsha are also part of the confirmed lineup.

Why This Season Is Generating Extra Buzz

Landmark seasons tend to raise the stakes, and Bigg Boss Telugu 10 is no exception. The mix of established film and television names alongside commoners who proved themselves through Agnipariksha gives this season a broader, more layered contestant pool than usual — a deliberate move to widen the show’s appeal across different viewer segments.

With mid-week and wild card entries still expected to join later in the season, the current list of 16 is only the starting point. Trade watchers and fans alike are already speculating about how alliances will form between the celebrity contestants and the commoners looking to prove they belong on equal footing.
