Big news for LUNÉ. &TEAM has just given fans their first look at the second version of their official light stick, and there are some important details about what this means for both new and existing fandom essentials.

&TEAM: Overview

Detail	Information
Group	&TEAM
Product	Official Light Stick VER.2
Reveal Type	Concept teaser
Release Window	September 2026
Fandom Name	LUNÉ
VER.1 Status	Discontinued once stock runs out
Wireless Control Cutoff	VER.1 support ends in 2028; only VER.2 continues

Why the Upgrade?

According to the group’s agency, this isn’t just a cosmetic refresh. Certain key components used in the original light stick are no longer in production, which pushed the team to develop a new design that embodies the identity of both &TEAM and LUNÉ, paired with upgraded technology for a better concert experience overall.

What Happens to VER.1?

Fans holding onto their original light sticks don’t need to panic just yet. Both VER.1 and VER.2 will support wireless central stage control for a certain period after VER.2 launches in 2026. However, starting in 2028, only VER.2 will retain that wireless stage control functionality — meaning long-term concert-goers will eventually need to upgrade. The existing VER.1 will be phased out entirely once current stock is sold through.

What’s in the Teaser

The concept video gives fans their first proper glimpse of the new design, hinting at the visual direction &TEAM and their agency are taking with this refreshed merchandise. With a September release window fast approaching, LUNÉ won’t have to wait long to see the final product in hand.
