Two wildly different universes are colliding, and the result looks incredible. Call of Duty: Mobile Season 8 — Against All Fate launches on 10 September at 10am AEST, bringing a full-blown crossover with Honkai Impact 3rd that touches almost every corner of the game — Multiplayer, Battle Royale, weapons, and even a dedicated character encyclopedia.

This isn’t a small cosmetic tie-in either. It’s story quests, a dormitory lobby, a new collection system, fresh Operators, and the franchise’s first-ever Mythic Weapons Series Armory, all wrapped around the Valkyries fans already know from Honkai Impact 3rd.

What’s New in Honkai Impact 3rd Season 8

Feature	Details
New Mode	Roguelike top-down shooter, up to 3 players, 3 maps, boss fights
Battle Royale POI	Quantum Platform — teleporter contract event in Isolated
New Weapons	Static-HV SMG (50-round mag) & ISO Hemlock Assault Rifle
Mythic Armory	ISO Hemlock, Static-HV, and BAL-27 Mythic variants
Battle Pass	New Season 8 Pass + Challenge Pass with exclusive skins

The roguelike mode is the headline addition — squads of up to three fight through escalating monster waves across three maps before facing a final boss, picking up Elite Chest upgrades like Weapon Traits, Stigmata, and Chips along the way. Since drops are randomised, no two runs feel the same.

Battle Royale players get their own limited-time twist with the Quantum Platform, dropped into Isolated. Squads track down and defend a teleporter until it charges, then step through to fight Honkai Impact 3rd-inspired enemies guarding top-tier loot.

Free Rewards and Premium Skins

The season also debuts a Free Mythic Event, a multi-season grind letting dedicated players earn one of three Mythic Weapons at no cost. A themed event runs alongside it, offering the Scylla – Rita Rossweisse Operator Skin, the Scythe – Aphrodite Melee Blueprint, and the Rosette Runners camo.

Premium Battle Pass holders can also pick up Operator Skins like Keegan – Field Medic, Manta Ray – Mech Framewright, Cipher – Mech Pilot, and Corso – Plated Rogue, alongside blueprints such as the Striker – Chibi Chassis and SP-R 208 – Reclamation. Three Honkai Impact 3rd Operator Draws round things out, each pairing a Legendary Operator with a Legendary Weapon.
