Alvaro Morata has impressed during his loan spell at Juventus for the 20/21 season. The Spaniard scored 20 goals and 12 assists across 44 appearances for the club across all competitions. His efforts also helped the Bianconeri lift the Coppa Italia at the end of the season.

Due to his performances, Morata is set to stay for one more season and they will pay €10 million to Atletico Madrid to extend his loan spell. They also have the option to buy the player, but don’t want to invest in him at the moment. The final discussions will be carried out when the transfer window opens. The 28-year-old is currently with the Spain squad for the upcoming European Championships.

Inter Milan and Liverpool linked to Udinese's Rodrigo de Paul

Keeping to Atletico Madrid and Italian clubs, Rodrigo De Paul is close to joining the Rojiblancos. Diego Simeone appreciates the player, and he has made a name for himself by starring for Udinese over the past five seasons. In 20/21, De Paul scored 9 goals and provided 10 assists as Udinese finished 14th in the table.

The club wants €40 million for the Argentina international, while other Italian clubs are bidding €20 million for his services. De Paul has earned 19 caps for his national team, and is a part of the squad competing for World Cup qualification. He is a creative midfielder, and could provide some great attacking dimensions to Simeone’s disciplined defensive tactics.
