The drama follows Cheon Yeo Ri (Park Eun-bin), heiress to a top conglomerate and CEO of a luxury hotel, who hides a fatal secret: she can see ghosts. She’s paired, somewhat reluctantly, with ace prosecutor Ma Gang Uk (Yang Se-jong), whose unsolved murder cases turn out to be connected to the restless spirits haunting her nightly. As they team up to bring closure to the dead and justice to the living, an unexpected romance starts to bloom alongside the mystery.

The series is a modern remake of the beloved 2011 film “Spellbound,” expanding that story into a fuller 12-episode arc with room to dig deeper into both the supernatural mystery and the slow-burn romance.
