All-Out War: ‘A Shop for Killers 2’ New Stills Tease the Franchise’s Biggest Battle Yet

Murtehelp is done playing defense. New stills from A Shop for Killers 2 show Lee Dong Wook, Kim Hye Joon, and the rest of the ensemble armed and ready for full-scale combat against the global crime network Babylon. Here’s everything the new images reveal ahead of the season 2 premiere.

A Shop for Killers 2: Show Snapshot

Catching Up on the Story

A Shop for Killers follows Jeong Ji An, who moves in with her uncle Jeong Jin Man after her parents’ deaths. Jin Man secretly runs a dangerous underground operation disguised as a shopping mall, and after his apparent death, Ji An inherits both the business and the target on her back. Season 2 picks up with Ji An now running the operation as CEO, reuniting with a very-much-alive Jin Man to take on the international crime syndicate known as Babylon.

Murtehelp Goes on the Offensive

Where Season 1 was largely about survival, the new stills show Jin Man and Ji An’s team fully armed and on the attack. Jin Man is shown coolly aiming a pistol in the dark with his usual chilling composure, while Ji An — who once relied on nothing but a slingshot — now handles a sniper rifle with clear precision, a visible marker of how far her character has come.

Supporting fighters get their moment too: Min Hye brings high-speed motorcycle action to the fold, while Pasin trades his signature Muay Thai-based hand-to-hand combat for heavier firepower, signaling just how much more dangerous the Murtehelp team has become heading into this season.

Babylon Raises the Stakes

On the opposing side, Babylon is shown with even greater firepower and presence. Bale, gripping his signature dagger, radiates menace through nothing more than his expression. Kusanagi, newly introduced as the manager of Babylon’s East Asia branch, brings a composed, commanding aura befitting someone who leads a massive criminal force.

Rounding out Babylon’s elite team are Q and J, both shown executing flawless, disciplined combat movements — a clear tease that the coming war between the two sides will be the show’s largest-scale confrontation yet.
