Ten years of marriage, one quiet pregnancy, and then — double the joy.

Divyanka Tripathi: Twin Baby Boys — At a Glance

“God Said, Take Double”

The couple shared the news in a joint social media post featuring an image of two baby boys dressed in blue sitting on clouds, with the message: “We asked for happiness… God said, ‘Take double.’ Blessed with twin baby boys.”

The caption that followed was pure emotion — and pure Vivek Dahiya. “The wait is finally over… ‘The Boys’ are here and life already feels more beautiful than we ever imagined. Mere Karan Arjun aa gaye! Need all your love and blessings as Div and I begin this incredible new chapter of parenthood,” he wrote.

The Karan Arjun reference — the 1995 Bollywood classic about two brothers reborn — instantly became the most shared line of the day.

A Love Story That Started On Set

Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya married in 2016 after meeting on the set of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Over the last decade, they have remained one of the most popular couples in television.

Their story began as a friendship on set, which over time turned into love, making them one of television’s most cherished pairs. The duo tied the knot on July 8, 2016, in Bhopal in the presence of family, close friends, and several television celebrities.

And then came the plot twist nobody expected. In March 2026, Divyanka confirmed her pregnancy by sharing photos on Instagram with the caption: “Plot twist after 10 years.”

The Journey to This Moment

The pregnancy was handled with remarkable calm and privacy. While Divyanka confirmed the pregnancy only a couple of months before the birth, the couple had already crossed the halfway mark by then — a surprise for fans who follow them closely, given how early celebrity pregnancies typically go public.

Before the birth announcement, Divyanka and Vivek had shared a maternity photoshoot in March 2026 that quickly gained attention online — soft, minimal, white-themed, and entirely focused on emotion. The industry responded with love, and the public celebration only grew from there.

Industry Reacts

Congratulatory messages poured in from across the television industry — from co-stars, fans, and even celebrities like Aashka Goradia, who sent love along with her own parenting journey. For an actress who became a household name through Banoo Main Teri Dulhann and later reality shows like Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, this chapter feels like the most personal and joyful one yet.
