The Chinese electronic company, Xiaomi, has launched its new products in the Italian market. Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11i, Redmi Note 10 5G, and Redmi Note 10S have been unveiled in Italy. We are well-versed with these smartphones and our focus on this piece will on the newly launched Mi TV P1 series.
Xiaomi Mi TV P1 series is offered in four different sizes which are 32-inch, 43-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch. They all come with a regular LED-backlit LCD panel. The smallest size Smart TV comes with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. The other three TV sets flaunt a 4K screen with a resolution of 3,840 x 2,160 pixels.
Currently, the Chinese company has listed only the 43-inch and 55-inch TV sets on its Italian web portal. According to sources, all the models have the same features except the smallest one; a 32-inch model.
A refresh rate of 60 Hz and a 178° viewing angle is present in every TV model. Android TV 10 is available in all four sizes, with Chromecast, Play Store, and Google Assistant support. These are powered by the MediaTek MT9611 chipset. This SoC has 4 x ARM Cortex-A55 cores which clock a speed of 1.5 GHz. It also has an ARM Mali G52 MP2 GPU. It is coupled with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage.
This series’ display panel supports 1.07 billion colours (8-bit + FRC), Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HLG. This panel covers 88 per cent of NTSC colour gamuts and 94 per cent of DCI-P3 colour gamuts, respectively.
They are also equipped with dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, 1 x HDMI 2.0, 1 x HDMI 2.1 (eARC, VRR), 1 x HDMI (CEC), 2 x USB 2.0, antenna port (DVB-T2/C, DVB-S2), Ethernet and optical port. The price of the different TV sets are the following:
- Mi TV P1 32-inch – €279.90
- Mi TV P1 43-inch – €449.90
- Mi TV P1 50-inch – €599.90
- Mi TV P1 55-inch – €649.90
As an early discount, from May 21 to May 24, the 43-inch and 55-inch variants will be sold at discounted price which is €399.90 and €599.90 respectively.
