Livvy Dunne just walked onto The Tonight Show and casually stole the whole episode. Her Baywatch slow-motion run segment with Jimmy Fallon is exactly the kind of unscripted, laugh-out-loud television that reminds you why late-night still matters.

Jimmy Tried. Livvy Dunne Thrived.
The segment had a simple premise: Livvy teaches Fallon how to do the iconic Baywatch slow-motion beach run. What followed was pure television gold. Fallon went full commitment mode — exaggerating every movement, flailing with his signature chaotic energy — while Livvy glided through the whole thing looking like she was born for it.
The contrast was the joke. And it landed perfectly.
Fans online immediately zeroed in on the gap between Fallon’s intentionally over-the-top performance and how effortlessly natural Livvy looked doing it — which, given she’s reportedly joining the actual Baywatch reboot, makes the whole thing feel less like a comedy bit and more like an audition she passed years ago.
More Than Just a Funny Clip
The Tonight Show appearance wasn’t just for laughs. The timing connects directly to Livvy’s growing Hollywood profile — multiple reports have linked the segment to early promotion for the Baywatch reboot currently in development, where she’ll play Grace, a young lifeguard.
After retiring from LSU gymnastics in 2025, Dunne has wasted zero time building her next chapter. She’s appeared in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue four years running and is now stepping into acting — making her one of the most versatile athlete-to-entertainer transitions in recent memory.
